I am Anita Chand, Chairperson of the Guru Devi Social and Animal Welfare Trust. I am delighted to welcome you to our Trust. As Masters in Sociology and Yoga with dual academic studies, I am deeply involved in social work. As a writer, I have expressed in my various articles and books concerns related to children, women’s empowerment, and societal challenges. I have always believed in the power of words to inspire change. Through this Non-Governmental Organization, we aim to turn those words into actions.

Our mission is to empower women and children by providing them with the resources, education, and opportunities they need to thrive.

In addition, we are committed to preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of the Himalayan region, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose within the community.
